San Francisco Cinematheque presents regular screenings of non-commercial and non-narrative at public venues in San Francisco (and elsewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area). San Francisco Cinematheque Program Notes 1984–2000 is a series of compiled books of Program Notes documenting films and screenings presented by Cinematheque 1984–2000. Compiled annually, these Notes include curatorial statements on programs, original and cited statements on works screened, artist biographies and filmographies. Some volumes indexed.
