Known for its passionate and expansive curatorial vision and contrarian stance toward the mainstream culture of media consumption, Other Cinema is known for its engagement with marginalized forms of film history, including activist media, expanded cinema performance, speculative lecture presentations, screenings of films from Baldwin’s own archive, in-person artists and more.
